We understand unforeseen circumstances occur, kindly give us 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. There is no charge for rescheduled appointments. When an appointment is rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, it is considered a broken appointment.

We pride ourselves on running on time. In order to do so if a patient is 15 minutes or more late for an appointment we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment per our discretion. Also, on the rare occasion we are not running on time, we try to notify the patient in advance so that they may adjust their schedule.
