We prefer patients reschedule appointments 24 hours in advance so there is time to fill the schedule. There is no charge for rescheduled appointments. When a patient reschedules an appointment with less than 24 hours notice it is considered a broken appointment.
We pride ourselves on running on time. In order to do so if a patient is 15 minutes or more late for an appointment we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment per our discretion. Also, on the rare occasion we are not running on time, we try to notify the patient in advance so that they may adjust their schedule.
