AFTER HOURS
Our after-hours telephone number is: (309) 664-0570. If you have a dental emergency, please call our after-hours number and follow the instructions on how to reach Dr. Van Scoyoc or the on-call dentist if we both happen to be out of town.
Please note that medications will only be prescribed for patients who have recently been seen in our office.
For a true medical emergency, please call 911 or get to the nearest emergency room.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand unforeseen circumstances occur, kindly give us 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. There is no charge for rescheduled appointments. When an appointment is rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, it is considered a broken appointment.
We pride ourselves on running on time. In order to do so if a patient is 15 minutes or more late for an appointment we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment per our discretion. Also, on the rare occasion we are not running on time, we try to notify the patient in advance so that they may adjust their schedule.
